Why not come and join us at our charcuterie school?

We run half day workshops at Parsonage Farm HQ, where we focus on the process of curing.


Learn how to cure your own bacon at home and the hands on session also includes making your own salami which, when ready, you will have delivered to impress your friends and family at home.

​The day starts at 10.30am with coffee and includes a light lunch at our sister pub The Crown Inn at Upton, where you will also get to try some of our own wonderful charcuterie.

Course numbers are small so everyone gets a chance to have a go and there are plenty of opportunities to ask those burning questions. 

​​There will also be an opportunity to purchase some of our charcuterie from our range.

Our new course aims to make your morning breakfast the best possible with your own designed and handmade sausages.

Spend an evening at the butchery learning the art of sausage making to take home for the next morning. What's more, we give you your local farm eggs and our special treacle cured bacon to take home too.

Once the sausages are filled and tied, relax at our pub, The Crown, where we will give you 25% off your evening meal. 

A perfect evening for two, a great group activity or a wonderful gift for the foodie in your life!
