Why not come and join us at our charcuterie school?
We run half day workshops at Parsonage Farm HQ, where we focus on the curing process. The hands on session includes making bacon, chorizo and salami, as well as preparing and curing meat for drying. Take home your produce to wow your friends.
There will also be time to see salami and cured meats drying and even do some tasting.
The day starts at 10am with coffee and homemade cake, and finishes with lunch at our sister pub The Crown Inn at Upton, where you will get to try a charcuterie platter.
Course numbers are small so everyone gets a chance to have a go and there are plenty of opportunities to ask those burning questions.
There will also be opportunities throughout the morning to purchase a collection of your personal favourites from our range.
